Can’t figure out the problem yourself? Send a message via the app or the parking service’s website. They can check the details and adjust them if needed. -
Wait for the correction or refund
If something needs to be changed, it’s done automatically. Already paid? You’ll get any overpaid amount back. -
Check your invoice or overview
You’ll see the correction on your invoice or in the app.
