If you’ve returned a part of your order but are still receiving payment reminders, here are some possible reasons:
1. There is a delay in processing your return
The webshop may need more time to process your return. Until they notify us that your return is processed, payment reminders may still be sent. Processing times vary by merchant, so check your return status with them first.
2. Some online shops do not update the returns status immediately
In some cases, a merchant might not update the return status promptly. If you've received confirmation from the merchant but still see a pending payment, please allow a few extra days for our system to update.
3.The return and payment reminder have overlapped
If you initiated a return close to your payment due date, an automated reminder may still be sent. Once the return is confirmed, any unnecessary payment requests will be adjusted accordingly.
4. The return does not include all items
If you returned only part of your order, you may still need to pay for the remaining items. Double-check your return details to ensure the correct amount is being processed.
What should I do next?
- Check your return status with the merchant to confirm it has been processed. How to contact the merchant can be found at the bottom of our e-mails under the heading: ‘Questions about your order, delivery or returns?’.
- If your return has been approved but you’re still receiving payment reminders after 5 days, contact our support team with your return confirmation details.
