Riverty provides direct debit for EasyPark payments
Around the 5th of each month, the payment will be debited from your bank account |
Use the EasyPark app if you want to change your payment method
If you want to use a different payment method, you can change this in the EasyPark App.
If you have any questions about your parking transactions, for example because you do not agree with a particular transaction, please contact EasyPark. They can change this for you and will then pass this on to Riverty.
Are you new to EasyPark and have you recently made several parking transactions?
If so, you might receive your first invoice earlier than usual. This can happen if you reach a high total parking amount before the end of the month.
If you’ve chosen direct debit, the total amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account within 3 days of receiving your invoice. After that, your monthly invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month as standard.
We recommend checking to make sure the payment was successfully processed.
