You can cancel your subscription with the service provider or webshop
We recommend contacting the service provider or webshop directly so they can cancel the subscription for you if you wish.
Follow these steps if you want to cancel your EasyPark account

Open the EasyPark app and go to the menu ‘Account’.

Scroll down and click on the button ‘Delete/Cancel Account’.

Follow the steps to complete the cancellation of your account.

A pop-up will appear confirming that your cancellation will be processed within one hour.

You will receive a confirmation by SMS.

You don’t need to enter a verification code. Once your account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in.

It’s not possible to cancel a subscription through Riverty
Riverty offers consumers the option to pay afterwards by handling the invoicing. We are not able to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Make sure your invoices are paid before canceling your subscription
Before canceling a subscription, it’s important that all outstanding invoices are paid. In the future, you’ll be able to use Riverty again.
