Do you see on your monthly invoice that the parking time of a parking transaction is incorrect? For example the duration of parking or the time the parking transaction took place? In that case, we advise you to contact EasyPark about this. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this question.

EasyPark will adjust any change on your monthly invoice
If it appears that a parking action needs to be changed, EasyPark will make the change. This will also be automatically adjusted on your monthly invoice.

Set a reminder to cancel your parking action
EasyPark offers an extra service that allows you to get a reminder so you don't forget to cancel your parking action on time. This can be done via SMS, email or push notification. An SMS costs €0.25 per message. Emails and push notifications (notification on your smartphone or tablet) are free of charge.
