How to pay your invoice

Pay via the Riverty app
You are personally responsible for the payment — even if the automatic debit has failed.

You’ll receive an email if the automatic debit fails
This email contains a payment link, which allows you to pay easily and securely via iDEAL or Bancontact.-
Your payment will be directly linked to your invoice

Your payment will be processed immediately

Why paying on time is important
If Riverty does not receive your payment for the monthly invoice on time:

You may be temporarily blocked in the EasyPark app

You won't be able to start new parking sessions
-
(Additional) collection fees may be charged
So be sure to pay on time using the payment link to continue using EasyPark right away.
Please note: manual bank transfers are not recommended
Manual payments can take up to 24 hours to process. They also carry a higher risk of errors — for example, if the payment reference is entered incorrectly.
