Around the 6th of each month, the payment will be automatically debited from your account.
The due date is clearly mentioned in the email you receive at the beginning of the month. You can also find it in the Riverty app.
If the automatic debit fails, you’ll receive an email from us with a payment link.
It’s important that you pay the invoice yourself on time via the Riverty app. Your payment will then be directly linked to your account.
Are you new to EasyPark and have you recently made several parking transactions?
If so, you might receive your first invoice earlier than usual. This can happen if you reach a high total parking amount before the end of the month.
If you’ve chosen direct debit, the total amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account within 3 days of receiving your invoice. After that, your monthly invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month as standard.
We recommend checking to make sure the payment was successfully processed.
