Submit return within 30 days of invoice date
In that case you can register your returned items in the app yourself;
- Select your purchase in the Riverty app
- Scroll down and select "Submit return" afterwards.
- Check which items you have kept
- The invoice amount will be updated now.
You can already pay the correct amount via iDEAL. With this action, the status of the invoice is changed into "Return pending".
