Processing a return may take a few days
You have returned (part of) your order but this has not yet been processed.
Processing your return may take a few days. You may therefore receive a payment reminder from us while the webshop has yet to process your return. Do not worry! As soon as the webshop has processed your return, they will automatically send us a message, which will then cancel your outstanding invoice.
A number of actions are needed to make the return process run as smoothly as possible

Contact the webshop if you have returned your order
We advise you to contact the webshop to report that you have returned products. The webshop will check why your return has not yet been processed if you sent it back more than 10 days ago.
Your invoice will be adjusted once your return has been processed
When the webshop has processed your return, we will be notified automatically and your invoice will be adjusted. You do not have to do anything else.
