Invoices are sent by email to the address you provided when placing your order. This happens around the first of the month.
Where can I view my monthly invoice?
You can view your monthly invoice in the Riverty app
With the Riverty app, you can easily view, manage, and pay all your monthly invoices and orders.
An overview of your invoices can be found under the section ‘all’.

Are you new to EasyPark and have you recently made several parking transactions?
If so, you might receive your first invoice earlier than usual. This can happen if you reach a high total parking amount before the end of the month.
If you’ve chosen direct debit, the total amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account within 3 days of receiving your invoice. After that, your monthly invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month as standard.
We recommend checking to make sure the payment was successfully processed.
