You can easily register your return with Riverty
Please report the returned items via the Riverty Web app or the Riverty app on time. If you have returned a part of your order, please pay the outstanding amount for the retained products.
Pay for the products you’ve kept
If you have returned part of your order, you can then pay the remaining amount for the products you’ve kept.
Keep your proof of return safe
Always keep your return receipt in a safe place. If the package gets lost, you can use it to request an investigation with the postal or parcel service where you handed in your package. You can find all related information in the webshop’s general terms and conditions or return policy.
Your invoice will be paused
It’s important to know that we pause your invoice as soon as you register a return via the app.
Your invoice will be updated once your return is processed
Once the webshop notifies us that your return has been processed, your invoice will be updated accordingly.
