Please report the returned items via MyRiverty or the Riverty app on time. If you have returned a part of your order, please pay the outstanding amount for the retained products.
Always keep your return receipt in a safe place. If the package gets lost, the webshop can conduct an investigation based on your return receipt.
It is important to know that we pause your invoice as soon as you report (a) returned item(s) via the app. When the webshop gives us the signal that your returned items have been processed, your payment overview will be updated.
