Do you still want to return an order? Then follow the steps below so your order will be processed as a return without any problems.
- Make sure you choose to return (a part of) your order within 30 days after receiving your payment statement.
- Within 30 days: go to point 2.
- After 30 days: contact the webshop.
- Check and respect the webshop's return conditions. They determine, for example, whether there are any additional costs attached to your return.
- Report your return to Riverty. This can be done in three different ways:
- Via the Riverty app
- Via MyRiverty
- Via the ‘Report a return’ button in the confirmation email you received from us.
- Pay the retained part

For smooth processing, we recommend sending your return today.

Keep the return slip until your return has been processed and confirmed.
- Keep an eye on whether your return has been processed before the invoice date.
- If the return has been processed before the invoice date, you do not have to do anything more.
- Return has not yet been processed: you will receive a notification from us to contact the webshop.
