Step-by-step plan to return an order

For the Netherlands and for Belgium

The good thing of using Riverty is that you can check out the products first before you decide if you want to keep them

Do you still want to return an order? Then follow the steps below so your order will be processed as a return without any problems.

1. Make sure you choose to return (a part of) your order within 30 days after receiving your payment statement.
   • Within 30 days: go to point 2.
   • After 30 days: contact the webshop.
2. Check and respect the webshop's return conditions. They determine, for example, whether there are any additional costs attached to your return.
3. Report your return to Riverty. This can be done in three different ways:
   • Via the Riverty app
   • Via MyRiverty
   • Via the ‘Report a return’ button in the confirmation email you received from us.
4. Pay the retained part

5. For smooth processing, we recommend sending your return today.

6. Keep the return slip until your return has been processed and confirmed.

7. Keep an eye on whether your return has been processed before the invoice date.
   • If the return has been processed before the invoice date, you do not have to do anything more.
   • Return has not yet been processed: you will receive a notification from us to contact the webshop.
