Cancel a return notification in the Riverty app
Have you registered an item for return to the webshop but decided you want to keep it after all? Or if you accidentally initiated a return for the wrong item? No problem! You can now simply cancel the incorrect return and then re-initiate the return with the correct item(s). It’s quick and easy to modify your return this way via the Riverty app.

Here are the steps:

1. Open the Riverty app

2. Select the item for which you want to cancel the return notification

3. Click the ‘Cancel return’ button

4. Confirm your choice to cancel the return notification

5. You’ll immediately see a confirmation in the app, along with a request to pay the updated invoice. The total amount will be adjusted automatically

Pay for the items you’re keeping
You’ll immediately see a confirmation in the app, along with a request to pay the open amount. You can do this easily by clicking the ‘Start payment’ button.

You’ll also receive an email confirming that your return notification has been cancelled. In that email, you can quickly and easily pay by clicking the ‘Pay open amount’ button.
