Did you return your order within 30 days of the invoice date? In that case, you can register your returned items in the Riverty app or MyRiverty. You tick the items you have returned, which will adjust the outstanding amount on your payment statement. A temporary stop for the payment reminder will be set for the returned items.
If your returned order is outside 30 days of the invoice date, we recommend you to contact our customer service. For retained items, it is not possible to pause your payment statement and we ask you to pay them on time.
