Contact the webshop if you have returned your order more than 10 days ago.
It is important that you notify the webshop and ask whether your return has already been received and processed.
Send a copy of your proof of return to the webshop if you returned your order more than 20 days ago.
You may have received reminders from us during this time. Once the webshop notifies us that your return has been processed, your outstanding invoice will be automatically cancelled.
I receive payment reminders and the webshop has not processed my return
We recommend that you pay your outstanding invoice and send the proof of return to the webshop. Once the webshop confirms and processes your return, they will notify us, and we will automatically transfer the amount to your account within a few working days.
I no longer have a proof of return
If you no longer have proof of return, we unfortunately cannot assist further and ask that you pay the outstanding invoice. We recommend reaching out to the webshop where you placed the order for further assistance.
