Invoices are sent via email once a month, with the exact date varying depending on the specific webshop where you placed your order. Please refer to the welcome email you received from us after your first purchase from a specific merchant. The date is indicated here.
Are you new to EasyPark and have you recently made several parking transactions?
If so, you might receive your first invoice earlier than usual. This can happen if you reach a high total parking amount before the end of the month.
If you’ve chosen direct debit, the total amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account within 3 days of receiving your invoice. After that, your monthly invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month as standard.
We recommend checking to make sure the payment was successfully processed.
