Your Monthly Invoice in the Riverty app
You can view your Monthly Invoice in the Riverty app. The Riverty app offers you a convenient way to keep track of all your Monthly Invoices and orders. You can find them in the tab: 'All'

We also send your invoice via email
Around the beginning of each month, we’ll send you an email. In this email, we remind you that an amount will be deducted around the 5th of the month. You’ll also see the invoice date, the outstanding amount, and information about the direct debit.
Are you new to EasyPark and have you recently made several parking transactions?
If so, you might receive your first invoice earlier than usual. This can happen if you reach a high total parking amount before the end of the month.
If you’ve chosen direct debit, the total amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account within 3 days of receiving your invoice. After that, your monthly invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month as standard.
We recommend checking to make sure the payment was successfully processed.
