Riverty cannot change your bank account number. You can update it yourself in the EasyPark app. This way, your new bank account number is shared with us.
If you want to change the bank account number for EasyPark, follow the steps below:
Open the menu in the EasyPark app and go to ‘Payment’.
Select ‘Change payment method’.
Choose ‘Direct debit’. You will be redirected to an iDEAL environment.
Pay €0.01 for verification via your bank.
After the payment, you will automatically return to the EasyPark app. You will then see a confirmation that your IBAN has been successfully linked.
Please note: all invoices must be paid before you can change your bank account number. The €0.01 verification payment is required to check that the IBAN belongs to you. This amount will be refunded by Riverty.
